Body Beast?!

Body Beast,what's that?It's a beachbody workout program by Sagi.It is one of the toughest looking workouts and from a few workouts i HAVE done it is a WORKOUT!Today i decided to do a leg day since i have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred & Ripped In 30 for the past 2 weeks or so i wanted to change it up.So this workout had me thinking about actually doing the program and finishing it this time!I lasted i think a week the first time.The workouts are tough!



So this post is about should i do Body Beast and FINISH it this time?From what i am always hearing is that lifting weight burns more fat and if i want to lose the last of the weight i want and get more toned i am needing to focus more on weight training then cardio based workouts.And seeing these results from some women makes me want to do it even more!!




Seriously can you say WOW!These results speak for themselves.And i know that most of the results you get are from eating healthy not just the workouts!From what i see the food in the guide book looks delicious!I do have a hard time sticking to a healthy meal plan on the weekends but if you want it bad enough,right?


I think i will put everything together and start officially with Body Beast tomorrow!!!So exciting to be focused on a new program.I am so close to my goal weight of 135-140 lbs.Will try and keep you all posted on everything including workouts,meals,weekly reviews and results!
