My Meals Today

Here are the meals i had today.Today is also my rest day from CLX.

Most of the recipes i will be eating are from the Chalean Extreme & TurboFire or by others or inspired by others.

Breakfast;


Recipe CLX
This is actually called Goat Cheese & Tomato Omelet
2 whole eggs whisked with 1 tbsp skim milk (i used almond milk)
1 plum tomato,chopped
1 oz crumbled goat cheese
nonstick cooking spray

Prep:Heat a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.Add the eggs and allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes.Then add in the goat cheese and tomatoes and fold over the omelet.Allow to cook for 1-2 additional minutes.


Snack;

Recipe CLX

1 cup of high fiber,high-protein cereal,such as Kashi Go Lean
2/3 cup nonfat milk or soy milk (I used unsweetened Almond milk)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tbsp chopped walnuts 

*I used Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Flax so i didn't add the walnuts*


Lunch;

Recipe CLX

1 can 6 oz tuna in water or pouch
2 tbsp reduced fat natural mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
dash of lemon juice
3 cups of mixed dark greens
1/2 of a beefsteak tomato,sliced
salty and pepper to taste

Prep:Make tuna salad by combining the tuna,mayo,celery,and lemon juice:Season with salt and pepper to taste.Pile greens onto a plate and top with tomato and tuna salad.



Snack;

Recipe
1 tbsp Classic Hummus
1 Celery Stalk cut into halfs
10 or so Baby Carrots


Dinner;

Recipe Inspired by TurboFire
Chicken & Shrimp Stir-Fry
*I made it a family meal*

5 Chicken breast cut into cubes
15 shrimps
1 cup Broccoli florets
1/4 of a red bell pepper,diced
1/4 of a yellow bell pepper,diced
3 large mushrooms,diced
6 baby carrots,diced
1 steamfresh single pack super sweet corn
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 Tahini noodles

*Add what ever veggies you want*

Prep:Cook the chicken in a sauce pan once almost fully cooked through then added shrimp.
In another sauce pan i added all the veggies to a little bit of olive oil and saute until tender.
Added the sauced into a bowl and mixed together then added to the chicken and shrimp when they was fully cooked and turned off the heat.

Plate the noodles first ,veggies next and then the chicken and shrimp




Snack;

3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp nut butter (i used peanut butter)
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips



Well that is my food today!
I loved the stir fry (Who doesn't like chinese  food?) and cookie dough yogurt.
