Results Of TurboFire & Hip Hop Abs Hybrid

Here are my before and after measurements,weight,and photos of the TF & HHA hybrid program i completed yesterday!!

So i had planned on doing the whole 60 days but it just became to much cardio so i just did a month of the hybrid!

The photos are me in my bra and panties so warning you now!

Measurements & Weight

Before:
Weight; 163
Waist; 33
Chest; 37 1/2
Hips; 37 1/4
Thighs; L 19 1/4   R 19 3/4
Arms; L 10   R 10
Abductors; 38
Belly Button; 38 3/4

After:
Weight; 158.4
Waist; 32 1/2
Chest; 36 1/2
Hips; 37
Thighs; L 201/4   R 20 3/4
Arms; L 10  R 9 3/4
Abductors; 39
Belly Button; 37

Total Loss; 
3.6 lbs & 3 3/4 inches!Not a big loss but better then nothing at all!!

  3. Thanks!Sorry just getting back to you all!Anonymous i took about a week break & did random workouts then i started Focus T25!Rachel i followed both plans for the first month of each calender.
