TurboFire Inferno Day Four!

Made it to day 4!!!I am excited because i stepped on the scale as i do every morning.And i am down more weight!Clean eating is the best way all the way!!Got my workout in early this morning since it is Friday and we have things we have to get done and i don't want to be having to find the time to do it later.

I wanted to do a back comparison pic since i usually just do front or side view.
Before date taken July 4th 2012 weight 215 lbs
After date taken March 1st 2013 weight 161.8

Breakfast;
PB & Banana Shakeology
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup water
Shakeology Chocolate


Snack;
1 small apple
1 tbsp Almond Butter




Lunch;
Egg Salad Wrap
2 hard-boiled eggs, yolk removed from one
1/4 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
Whole wheat tortilla
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. of either dried dill or tarragon, salt and pepper to taste


Pretty tasty wrap!



Snack;
10 Almonds
1 Orange




Dinner;
Steak,Broccoli,and half a baked potato
4 oz Steak marinated in soy sauce and garlic
1 cup Broccoli,Steamed W/ Garlic,Sour Cream,and Parmesan Cheese
Half a Medium Baked Potato

Love Steak marinated with soy sauce & garlic!

Today was a pretty busy day so i ate my lunch and snack later then i would normally.But the food was good and i feel good.Only 1 more day and i will be done with the Turbofire Inferno 5 day diet plan!!

I am going to continue eating clean just would like to enjoy other foods and recipes!!
