TurboFire Inferno Day Three!

Day 3,say what!Almost done with the Inferno plan.

Breakfast;
1 Cup Of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Pineapple Rings


Love that most fruits taste really good with cottage cheese!

Workout;
TurboFire Fire 55 & Stretch 10
Duration 71 minutes

Snack;
1 Zucchini,sliced
1 Carrot,sliced
2 tbsp fat free ranch dressing


Never thought to have zucchini as a snack ;-)




Lunch;
Loaded Baked Potato
1 Medium Baked Potato
1 tsp  sour cream
1 slice turkey bacon
1 slice pepperjack cheese

This was a tasty backed potato.I am not big on baked potatoes but they are good.
I never had one with bacon on it either.



Snack:
Shakeology
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 cup water 


This taste really good,kinda like a chocolate strawberry shake =)



Dinner;
Chicken Taco's W/ White Rice & Black Beans
4 oz chicken,grilled & diced
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp sour cream
1 whole wheat tortilla's
Cilantro 
1/2 cup black beans,cooked
1/4 cup white rice,dry




I have to say this is the best meal i have had on this plan so far!!
