Coconut Chocolate Chip Protein Cake

I got this yummy cake recipe of IG it's by angelmccarfty if you wanna follow her :-)

I made mine in a round cake pan instead of the like loaf pan she suggests.

 1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup stevia
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup water (or almond milk)
1.5 cup egg whites
2 whole large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8-1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

-Put dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well,making sure the coconut flour is broken up.Add in wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

-At this point you can stir in your chocolate chips (however they wll sink to the bottom) so you can layer the mixture or just place on top when you pour the mixture into the pan.

-Spray pan with cooking spray and pour in the mixture.Add  1/2 tbsp- 1 tbsp of coconut flakes on top

-Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.Makes 8 servings in a 5 by 9 pan! 

-Let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy =)
