Overnight Oats!!!

I have been seeing pics of these overnight oats or parfait looking food on instagram for a while now & figured i would give it a whirl.It is AMAZING!! ( Follow me on IG fitwithsamantha )

It is not hard to make what so ever either!I did kinda follow a recipe by angelmccafferty on IG but added in some things.


Looks yummy & taste yummy!!!


Recipe;
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
1/4 Cup 1% LowFat Cottage Cheese
1 Egg White
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Packs Stevia
(Fruit i used you can add in whatever you would like)
30 blueberries
2 medium strawberries sliced

Topping;
1 tbsp PB
1/2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Other options are yogurt or cream cheese

Mix oats,milk,cottage cheese,protein powder,& egg white until mixed well.Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
You can go ahead and add in the cinnamon & stevia if you would like i waited until after the mixture was cooked.Or you can mix everything together then microwave it all in the morning!

You can layer it our put all mixture in a cup then top with the fruit then add a topping =)
