TurboFire Inferno Day One!

Today i started the TurboFire Inferno 5 Day Diet Plan!I think this is going to be a lot easier then the 3 day Shakeology cleanse i did last week.I will post daily about the food i ate,workouts i did,and how i felt about the day at the end.

Before Weight & Measurements;

Day 1
Breakfast;
Turkey Bacon Sandwich.
1 slice of turkey bacon,1 egg scrambled,1/2 slice tomato,and 2 whole wheat bread toasted.

Breakfast was pretty good i did feel hungry about an hour or so later


Snack;
1/2 banana & 10 Almonds 
(it calls for 7 walnuts but i don't like walnuts)


At this it's almost  10 AM.I am already on my 4th bottle of water!!!

Lunch;
Tuna Salad
3 cups mixed salad greens,4 oz tuna packed in water (drained,5 cherry tomatoes,1 stalk celery chopped,3 scaillons diced,2 tbsp fat free ranch dressing


I didn't have scallions but i had everything else.Yummy salad!


Snack;
Shakeology with 8-12 ozs water & 1/2 tbsp peanut butter


I made mine with 8 oz water
I love shakeology!I really love the greenberry though =)

Dinner;
Honey Dijon Chicken W/ Steamed Garlic-Parmesan Broccoli
2-4 oz chicken breast,1 tbsp dijon mustard,1 tbsp honey,1/4 tbsp parsley flakes,1 cup broccoli,1 tbsp parmesan cheese,1 tbso garlic salt


The chicken was surprisingly pretty good!!
Def will have this again in the future!!

Feel pretty okay after today.Just like any other day except having to eat certain things.I did feel hungry in between meals.
