21 Day Fix Results!

I finished my last day of the 21 day fix program yesterday!I loved the workouts and meal plan.I did 2 day's of the 3 day quick fix,it was hard to do the 2 day's so i didn't do a day 3.I am happy with my results.

Weight: 178.4
Chest: 40
Waist: 39
Hips: 44
Thighs: Left 23   Right 22
Arms: Left  12  Right 12


After:
Weight: 171
Chest: 39
Waist: 36 1/2
Hips: 40 1/2
Thighs: Left  21  Right 21 1/2
Arms: Left  11 1/4  Right 10 1/2



I will be doing a month of Focus T25 before i do another round of 21 Day Fix!!I love Shaun T!
