What's next?

Today is the last day of my 21 day fix program!!I will post my after results tomorrow <3 I loved this program!This one opened my eyes to how much carbs i was eating before and after being in the 150's weight wise for 6 months THIS program broke me out.I love how it has both cardio and strength training.



I have decided to do TurboFire & 21 Day Fix hybrid!
And i will be following at least for the first month for now of the Blogilates 90 Day Challenge!

So here it is 4 week planner :) 
I figured i would share!I am a big fan of blogilates!


I will try and post weekly and more often since i love sharing my journey and what works for me.
