Chocolate Mug Cake!

My first time making one & it taste yummy!!



Recipe;
1/2 tbsp hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup oat flour
2 tbsp crystal farms liquid egg whites
1 tbsp silk vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp Dannon nonfat plain yogurt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet stevia
dash of salt

 Mix wet ingredients & dry ingredients in seperate bowls then mix together.
Spray mug/cup with cooking spray and microwave for 2 1/2 mintues.
Keep in eye on it so it doesnt overflow!

I did mine for a mintue then the rest of the time.

Icing;
2 tbsp Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
 1 packet of stevia.

Flip over cup on to plate and let cool for a minute or to then top with icing the sprinkle cocoa powder on top & enjoy!

**  I used old fashioned oats,just blend them in a blender or food processor until flour like. **

 Nutrition info; 182 calories 24g carbs 8g fat 9g protein 4g sugar 228g sodium
