This is how mine turned out =)
Here is the recipe i used,enjoy!
Dry ingredients;1 cup whole wheat spelt flour
2/3 cup almond meal
3 tbs desiccated coconut (i didn't know what this was so i didn't have it but i did add 1 tbs coconut extract into wet ingredients)
1 tbs ground cinnamon
1 tbs baking soda
1/4 tbs baking powder
stevia (i used 4 packets)
Wet ingredients;
1 1/2 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup water
1 tbs natural maple syrup
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 egg
2 egg whites
I mixed the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls then mixed them together.Set oven to 350-375 degrees.Bake for 15-20 minutes! Try these with some kind of healthy topping like peanut butter!
